Shipping policy

At Dukkan Assima, we aim to deliver orders in a clear, organized, and timely manner within the State of Kuwait. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are prepared, delivered, and handled.

This policy applies to orders within the State of Kuwait only.

1. Delivery Area

Dukkan Assima currently provides delivery within the State of Kuwait only.

We do not currently offer international shipping. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

2. Order Preparation and Delivery Time

Order preparation and delivery time may vary depending on the product or service requested.

Orders are generally prepared and delivered within 1 to 3 business days, depending on product availability, order type, and delivery company schedules.

Custom, printed, or made-to-order products may require additional time depending on the design, quantity, approval process, and printing requirements.

3. Print-on-Demand Products

Some Dukkan Assima products are produced or printed on demand, including T-shirts, caps, mugs, or any product customized based on the customer’s selection.

These orders begin processing after payment is completed and the design is approved when required.

Preparation time may vary depending on order quantity, design readiness, uploaded file quality, and material availability with our printing partners.

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated separately at checkout unless a promotion or campaign clearly includes free or discounted delivery.

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return, exchange, or redelivery is due to an error from Dukkan Assima.

5. Delivery Company

Orders are delivered through a third-party delivery company or any delivery method approved by Dukkan Assima.

Only the necessary delivery information may be shared with the delivery company, such as the customer’s name, phone number, and delivery address.

6. Accuracy of Delivery Information

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details, including:

Name.
Phone number.
Delivery address.
Area.
Block, street, house, or building.
Any additional delivery instructions.

Dukkan Assima is not responsible for delays or failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Address Changes

Customers may request to change the delivery address before the scheduled delivery time or before the order is handed over to the delivery company.

Dukkan Assima will make reasonable efforts to update the delivery details, but address changes may not be guaranteed if the order has already been prepared or dispatched.

8. Failure to Respond or Receive the Order

If the customer does not respond to the delivery company or fails to receive the order at the scheduled time, an additional delivery attempt may be arranged.

The first redelivery attempt may be offered without additional fees depending on the case. Further attempts may be subject to additional delivery charges.

9. Delivery Delays

We do our best to deliver orders within the expected timeframe. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

High order volume.
Delivery company delays.
Printing partner or supplier delays.
Incomplete customer information.
Customer failure to respond.
Emergency circumstances, technical issues, or factors outside our control.

If a significant delay occurs, we may contact the customer when necessary to provide an update.

10. Inspecting the Order Upon Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the order upon delivery.

If the order arrives damaged, incomplete, or clearly different from what was ordered, the customer should contact us as soon as possible by email and include the order number and clear photos of the issue.
