1. About Dukkan Assima

Dukkan Assima is a licensed business operating in the State of Kuwait. We provide an online platform that combines:

  • Dukkan Assima’s own selected and designed products.
  • Products selected from other stores or suppliers.
  • Creative services, including design, branding, social media management, website design, product photography, advertising posts, T-shirt design, and print-on-demand services.

Dukkan Assima operates within the State of Kuwait only, unless otherwise clearly stated.

2. Use of the Website

You may use our website to browse products, place orders, request services, and contact us.

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or inappropriate purpose. You also agree not to interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of the website.

Dukkan Assima reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the website if we believe that these Terms have been violated or that the use of the website may cause harm to Dukkan Assima, its customers, partners, or third parties.

3. Guest Checkout

Customers may place orders as guests without creating an account.

When placing an order, you are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, product selections, uploaded files, and any other details required to complete the order.

Dukkan Assima is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, incorrect orders, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

4. Products and Services

Products and services offered by Dukkan Assima may include, but are not limited to:

  • T-shirts.
  • Caps.
  • Mugs.
  • Printed products.
  • Selected products from other stores or suppliers.
  • Visual identity design.
  • Social media account management.
  • Website and online store design.
  • Product photography.
  • Advertising post design.
  • T-shirt design.
  • Print-on-demand services.

Additional services may be available upon request and are subject to agreement between Dukkan Assima and the customer.

Some products may be produced, printed, prepared, or fulfilled through external partners, suppliers, printing providers, or delivery companies.

5. Product Images and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, descriptions, colors, sizes, and details as accurately as possible.

However, the actual product may vary slightly from the images shown on the website due to screen settings, lighting, photography, printing method, material type, or production differences.

Minor differences in color, texture, positioning, or appearance are not considered defects unless the difference is significant or caused by an error from Dukkan Assima.

6. Pricing and Delivery Fees

All prices are displayed on the website and may be changed at any time without prior notice.

Delivery fees are calculated separately unless a promotion, offer, or campaign clearly states otherwise.

Dukkan Assima reserves the right to correct any pricing error, product description error, or availability error. If an error affects an order, we may contact the customer to confirm, amend, or cancel the order.

7. Payment

Payments are processed through Tap Payments or any other payment provider approved by Dukkan Assima in the future.

Dukkan Assima does not store sensitive payment card details. Payment processing is handled securely by the approved payment provider.

An order is not considered fully accepted until payment has been completed and the order has been reviewed by Dukkan Assima.

8. Order Review and Acceptance

After payment is completed, Dukkan Assima may review the order before processing it.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or amend an order in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Incorrect product information.
  • Incorrect price.
  • Product unavailability.
  • Payment issue.
  • Incomplete customer information.
  • Inappropriate, unlawful, or unsuitable custom content.
  • Any other reason that prevents proper order fulfillment.

If an order is cancelled by Dukkan Assima after payment, the customer will be contacted and the refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider and bank timelines.

9. Custom Designs and Print-on-Demand Orders

For custom-designed or print-on-demand products, production begins after payment and design approval, when applicable.

Dukkan Assima may send a design preview or confirmation to the customer before printing. Once the customer approves the design, the customer is responsible for checking all details, including names, spelling, images, colors, layout, size, and any other visible element.

After approval or after production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed unless there is a clear error from Dukkan Assima or a defect in the product.

Any modification requested after approval may be subject to additional fees.

10. Customer-Uploaded Content

If you upload an image, file, logo, artwork, text, phrase, or any other content for use in a product or service, you confirm that:

  • You own the content or have the legal right to use it.
  • The content does not violate any third-party rights.
  • The content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or intellectual property rights.
  • The content is not unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, harmful, misleading, or inappropriate.

The customer is fully responsible for any legal claims, disputes, damages, or liabilities resulting from content provided by the customer.

Dukkan Assima reserves the right to refuse printing or producing any content that we consider unlawful, offensive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with our brand values.

If an uploaded image or file is not suitable for printing due to low quality, resolution, or technical issues, Dukkan Assima will notify the customer before printing whenever possible.

11. Intellectual Property

All Dukkan Assima designs, brand elements, product concepts, website content, images, graphics, logos, text, layouts, and creative materials are owned by or licensed to Dukkan Assima, unless otherwise stated.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, publish, or use any Dukkan Assima design or content without written permission.

For creative services, the customer receives the final deliverables agreed upon. Open files, source files, editable files, design templates, or working files are not included unless expressly agreed in writing.

12. Selected Products from Other Stores or Suppliers

Dukkan Assima may feature selected products from other stores, suppliers, or projects that align with our vision.

When such products are purchased through Dukkan Assima, Dukkan Assima handles payment collection and delivery arrangements to simplify the customer experience.

Some products may be subject to availability, supplier conditions, or product-specific terms. If a product has different terms, they will be stated on the product page whenever applicable.

13. Delivery

Delivery is available within the State of Kuwait only.

Delivery is handled by a third-party delivery company or another delivery method approved by Dukkan Assima.

Estimated preparation and delivery time is generally 1 to 3 business days, depending on the product, order volume, customization requirements, and availability.

Custom, printed, or bulk orders may require additional time depending on the quantity and production requirements.

Dukkan Assima is not responsible for delays caused by the customer, delivery company, supplier, printing provider, incorrect customer information, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If the customer does not respond to the delivery company or fails to receive the order, Dukkan Assima may arrange one additional delivery attempt at no extra charge. Further delivery attempts may be subject to additional delivery fees.

14. Address Changes

Customers may request to change the delivery address before the scheduled delivery time.

Dukkan Assima will make reasonable efforts to update the delivery details, but address changes may not be possible if the order has already been dispatched or assigned for delivery.

The customer is responsible for any delay or additional cost resulting from incorrect or late address changes.

15. Cancellation and Order Changes

Customers may request to cancel or amend an order before work has started, before printing has begun, or before the order has been prepared for delivery.

Once design work, account management work, website work, printing, production, preparation, or service execution has started, the order or service may no longer be cancelled or refunded.

Any requested change after design approval or production start may be subject to additional fees.

16. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

In general, eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt, subject to the product condition and applicable requirements.

Printed, customized, or made-to-order products are not returnable or refundable unless there is a clear defect or an error from Dukkan Assima.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait.

17. Creative Services

Creative services may include visual identity design, website design, online store design, account management, product photography, advertising posts, T-shirt design, and other related services.

Fees, deposits, timelines, deliverables, revisions, and scope of work are subject to agreement with the customer before the service begins.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

If work has started, including design, planning, account management, production, preparation, photography, website setup, or printing, the paid amount may not be refundable, fully or partially, depending on the nature and stage of the service.

The number of revisions is subject to the agreement with the customer. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.

If the customer delays providing required information, files, approvals, or feedback, the delivery timeline may be extended accordingly.

Dukkan Assima does not guarantee specific marketing results, sales numbers, views, followers, engagement, reach, or business outcomes from any creative or marketing service.

18. Promotions and Offers

Dukkan Assima may offer promotions, discounts, free delivery, bundles, or special offers from time to time.

Each promotion may be subject to specific terms, validity periods, and product limitations.

Dukkan Assima reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time unless an order has already been accepted and confirmed.

19. Website Availability

Dukkan Assima aims to keep the website available and functioning properly.

However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

The website may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, system errors, or circumstances beyond our control.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dukkan Assima shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the website, products, services, delivery delays, third-party service providers, customer-provided content, or circumstances beyond our control.

Dukkan Assima’s responsibility for any valid claim shall be limited to the value of the product or service purchased by the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

21. Third-Party Services

Dukkan Assima may rely on third-party service providers, including payment providers, delivery companies, printing providers, technology providers, and suppliers.

We are not responsible for delays, errors, interruptions, or failures caused by third-party providers, except where Dukkan Assima is legally responsible under applicable law.

22. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and protect customer information.

By using the website, placing an order, or requesting a service, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

23. Changes to These Terms

In the event of any dispute, the customer agrees to contact Dukkan Assima first through the official email address in order to attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to the competent authorities or courts in the State of Kuwait.
